I found this info on line from an appraiser type web site.
"In the late 1930s, jewelry pieces were signed "schiaparelli" in lower case block letters up until 1949 and "Schiaparelli" in script after 1949,"
This has the block style letters so it was made, up until, and prior to, 1949.
Will take offers.
Has a wide array of colors, but are lightly tinted and not so solid as in other jewelry. Depending on the light but they still have plenty of color, light pink or could be watermelon, yellow (amber), some blue and greens and clear, I believe are all rhinestone.
NOTICE. ! There is one stone on the brooch that looks like a gold colored piece of metal in place of the clear stone. I never thought to notice this, so I brought this to a jeweler and he said the stone has a foil backing and is up side down in the holder. I will not attempt to fix that.
The pin and clasp are in working order, but may need tightening.
The earrings are in good condition, the spring clasps are all working well.
Don't know what metals where used (no gold) it is gold colored, gold-tone, if you have questions please ask.
There are no missing gem stones and the structure is all in tact nothing broken, the flowers are all loose by design.
I see one stone with a very small nick in it, on the brooch but is at the dip on and an edge and is very hard to see.
These pictures I snapped I was in the sun and a few more in daylight but still sunny.
!!! Please take note !!! These will be sent using Registered Mail and will require a signature upon arrival.
There will be no refunds no matter what the reason, this is quite collectible and rare.
Remember when you see Schiaparelli, and it says "signed" as-in cursive writing, it's made After the block printed ones.
