Refunds: ( this is ecrater, it is easy for me to assist you unlike on ebay, bigcommerce, amazon, google, nextag, oony or shopify )
Taking care of the person doing business with me I view as if I were buying my own items myself.
I have always kept satisfied repeat customers after working for 33 years with helping people in, over the counter, walk-in retail and repair. I can also email you my phone number if needed, to resolve any problem.
There is no way I would buy something that is vintage or old and expect perfection. I am as honest as I can possibly be by making sure anything I know about, or not sure about, is listed in the item's description along with displaying large and clear pictures of the actual item you will receive.
No refunds unless otherwise noted in the description, but please read the full descriptions ! and look at the pictures, or email me BEFORE you buy anything.
I would need some communications with you before I will ever consider any refund.
There will be no refunds for "parts" mainly record player needles or active parts such as semiconductors like transistors, diodes, FET's, new or used.
That same policy applies to me when I buy those types of "parts", they just won't take them back no matter what.
Some items I will have no questions about it, but the item must be returned first, ! and the exact dollar amount of the refund will be listed along with the item's description, or the exact amount you paid. Some products may have an added unique identifying mark.

Wooden ruler shown in the pictures with tools, is not included.
After USPS tracking reads "delivered".
You have 3 days to examine the tool AND email me about a problem. After 3 days has passed without any communication, the sale will default to,..... No Refund.
Once the tool is first sent back a refund of the exact dollar amount you initially paid for the tool, will be the exact dollar amount you will be refunded.

Shipping:
Seems all the rage that sellers now pay for return shipping, I (will Not) pay for return shipping.
All items will be shipped with tracking and delivery confirmation using United States Postal Service (USPS).
Some items, depending on price amount, must require a signature if I request signature verification in the shipment.
Unfortunately, requesting a signature upon delivery of a package, you may have to drive to the post office to sign for it.
Only if you are not able to sign for the package at home or at the address used when the order was placed.
Shipping times may vary depending on size, distance, weight, and shipping class.
Most item's for sale, the shipping fee is already listed at a fixed dollar amount, per item.
Combined shipping:
Both buyers and sellers want the best deal for shipping prices.
All weight measurements includes the packaging.
I will not combine a heavy item with another heavy item, but if the second item weighs less than 13 ounces there will be no additional charge.
For light items and combined, if total package weight exceeds 13 ounces. The shipping fee is adjusted to a lower amount than if each where purchased separately. For those marked free shipping, all items combined will still be free.
If the total weight of the package weighs less than 13 ounces. The shipping fee will stay the same as the listed price dollar amount for the one item with the greatest listed shipping fee.
Packages will be delivered to the post office the next day after payment is received.
Maximum 3 days for handling, some odd shaped or fragile items need more attention while packing so they arrive in tact.There will never be any handling fees ever !.
If insurance is needed I will absorb the cost so don't worry about me changing prices around on you.

Payment:
If item is paid at the same time you place an order.
Then If payment total shows paid in my Paypal account, it will be sent to you just that much quicker. !
Nonpayment will just cause me to keep the product listed, you snooze you lose.
!!! PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS MATCHES THE ONE YOU HAVE ENTERED AT PAYPAL !!!. They will not hold me responsible for the item replacement or refunds.
If you need or want to use a money order or checks I could accommodate those who do, it will take much LONGER to receive your product. Funds MUST CLEAR your bank BEFORE the package is sent.
Make sure you get my address 100% correct, double-check, if it gets lost they will not refund you your full amout. I will keep you updated as much as you like.
