The box has some crinkles in it and the sleeve has some crinkles, not perfect, but not terrible. I am the original owner of this game.
Cartridge is in very good condition, not much to say about it that I can see, maybe a few minor scratches, it looks good.

Two paper inserts one has a ripped corner and some pencil marks but I never see them included for this game on-line.
